The PCP Produtos Siderúrgicos was in the market by late 1970s, and since then it has achieved accountability and has specialized in the distribution of high strength steels.

Aiming at a segment of the market which was very promising but not well developed, PCP became a distributor of one of the largest and most traditional world manufacturers of ultra-high strength steels – the Finnish Rautaruukki Oyj, Metals Division.

Supported by a global strategy, Ruukki became familiar with the Brazilian market specific needs, having adapted its strategy to the local commercial culture. Thanks to the businesses with PCP, the Ruukki´s customers can count on a supplier that also offers assistance, technical support, logistics developed to meet the needs of the whole Brazil and a service center able to manufacture parts for the projects development which use the high strength steels.
